Non-Discrimination Policy

At Leap Childcare Center, LLC, we believe every child is unique, capable, and deserving of a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. We are committed to providing equal access to our programs and services while fostering a culture of respect, belonging, and acceptance for all children and families.

Leap Childcare Center does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, religion, creed, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

We recognize that children learn and develop in different ways and at different rates. Families are encouraged to discuss their child's strengths, developmental needs, medical considerations, allergies, accommodations, or support services with the Director prior to enrollment. Open communication allows us to better understand each child's individual needs and determine how we can best support their success, safety, health, and happiness within our program.

Leap Childcare Center is committed to working collaboratively with families whenever reasonable accommodations may be needed. While we strive to provide an inclusive environment for all children, accommodations must be evaluated on an individual basis and may be subject to licensing requirements, staffing considerations, safety requirements, and the resources available within our program.
